Surprisingly, Amazon did not make the cut. The financebuzz survey revealed a decrease in Google search queries for major U.S. retailers such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Target in 2020. While Best Buy made the list, it experienced the sharpest decline in search volume in recent years. In November 2017, the search volume for Best Buy's "Black Friday" event peaked at 7 million and has been decreasing annually since then.
